Saif Al-Mannai

Saif spent eight years at Msheireb Properties as Investment Advisory Manager before founding Luxe Properties Doha with Khalid and Layla. His thesis is that off-plan in Lusail rewards the buyer who reads the master plan, not the buyer who reads the brochure. He runs the firm’s investor desk and the rental-yield modelling that underwrites every off-plan recommendation. He holds a BSc in Finance from Texas A&M Qatar and is a CFA Level III candidate. He is the firm’s representative on the Qatar Real Estate Investors Association working group on transparency in secondary-market disclosures.
