Run by Rana Shaheen, who joined the firm in 2022 with six years of Doha-relocation experience. Concierge is a real operating function, not a brochure benefit. We do not subsidise it from sales fees, we do not lock the family into using it, and we will refund any unused portion if the family decides they would rather solve the problem themselves.

School placement
Priority-list introductions and applications for Doha College, ACS Doha, SEK International, Park House, Lycée Voltaire and Compass Lusail. We start the school conversation before the property conversation when the family has school-age children, because the catchment determines the address.
Household staffing
Recruitment, sponsorship paperwork and contract-drafting for housekeeper, nanny, gardener and driver roles. We work with three established Doha agencies and we audit candidates ourselves before introduction.
Vehicle leasing
The relocation packages most international employers offer present a small set of leasing options that are usually not the best in the market. We run a comparison against three independent Doha leasing brokers and bring back the actual best option. No referral fee taken from the leasing broker.
Healthcare set-up
Hamad Medical Corporation registration, Sidra paediatric introductions, GP registration at Aspetar or one of the private networks, and emergency-contact paperwork for the property's compound.
Banking and DEWA-equivalent
Qatari bank account introductions (QNB, Doha Bank, CBQ) and Kahramaa utility set-up at the property. Most clients have these set up before move-in.
Compound and property handover
Joint inventory walk-through with the seller or landlord, snag-list management for the first ninety days, and on-call resolution for the family during the move.
