Today’s liquid stock sits in Marina District’s residential towers, where the Lusail Boulevard and the Marina promenade have been public-active since 2019. We hold a small but consistent book of off-plan resales (where the original buyer has chosen to exit before handover) and we model rental yield at the unit level, not the project level.
