All real-estate marketing material published by Luxe Properties Doha LLC, whether on this website, in print, in electronic communications, or on third-party platforms, is published in accordance with Qatari Law 6 of 2014 concerning Real Estate Brokers and Aqarat Licensee Marketing Guideline 03/2021.

Each property advertised carries the Firm's Aqarat licence number (QA-RE-2019-00641) and a unique property reference number. Where the Firm's mandate is non-exclusive, this is disclosed in the listing. Where a property is published with the seller's consent for off-market introduction only, the listing is removed within twenty-four hours of any change in mandate status.

Property particulars (price, area, finish, photographs, floor plans, expected handover dates for off-plan stock) are presented in good faith and are believed accurate at the time of publication. They do not constitute or form part of any offer or contract; representations and warranties are given exclusively at the point of execution of a sale and purchase agreement, lease agreement or off-plan reservation.

Off-plan marketing in Qatar is regulated by the Real Estate Development Escrow Account Law (Law 6 of 2014, Article 11). All off-plan transactions executed through the Firm operate through the developer's escrow arrangement. The Firm does not accept reservations or initial deposits directly.
