These terms govern your use of the Luxe Properties Doha website at luxeproperties.qa (the "Site") and the brokerage services provided by Luxe Properties Doha LLC (the "Firm"). By using the Site or engaging the Firm, you agree to these terms.
1. The Firm
Luxe Properties Doha LLC is a Qatari limited liability company, CR No. 119867, licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) under licence number QA-RE-2019-00641, with its registered office at Tower 2, 18th Floor, Marina Twin Towers, Lusail Marina District, Lusail City, Qatar.
2. Information on the Site
Property information published on the Site is presented in good faith and is believed accurate at the time of publication. Particulars of properties — including measurements, prices, fixtures and fittings — are indicative and must be verified at the point of transaction. The Firm does not warrant the completeness or current accuracy of any specific listing without explicit written confirmation in the form of a transaction memorandum.
3. Marketing under Qatari Law 6 of 2014
The Firm publishes property marketing in accordance with Qatari Law 6 of 2014 concerning Real Estate Brokers and the executive regulations issued thereunder. All marketing materials carry the Firm's Aqarat licence number and the property reference. Where the Firm's mandate is not exclusive, this is disclosed at the point of introduction.
4. Engagement
Brokerage engagements between the Firm and a client (whether buyer, seller, lessor or lessee) are governed by a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties. These Terms are not a substitute for that letter.
5. Fees
The Firm's customary fee on a secondary mandate is 2.5% of transaction value, paid by the seller. The fee on a leasing mandate is fifteen days of agreed rent, paid by the lessor. The fee on an off-plan mandate is paid by the developer at the rate disclosed in the developer's appointment letter, with no further charge to the buyer. Fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Fees are disclosed in writing in every engagement letter.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, video — is owned by or licensed to the Firm and is protected under Qatari copyright law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Qatari law, the Firm's aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Site or any brokerage engagement is limited to the fee paid or payable to the Firm in respect of the relevant transaction. The Firm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the Civil and Commercial Court of the Qatar Financial Centre. The parties may, by mutual written agreement, elect to refer a dispute to mediation under the rules of the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration prior to the commencement of court proceedings.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is the version published on the Site, with the date of last update shown above.
