West Bay Lagoon — Compound Villa, North 12

A five-bedroom compound villa on a thousand-and-a-hundred-square-metre plot in the North 12 enclave of West Bay Lagoon. The villa was originally built in 1996 and the current vendor has held the property since 2002, with a comprehensive refurbishment completed in 2021 — full kitchen replatform, every bathroom replaced, mechanical and electrical works renewed, pool plant replaced.
